Become a Friend of CYH
CYH has helped organize more than 10 conferences and special events with groups like the Council of Canadians, the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives, Farm Folk/City Folk and the BC Teachers’ Federation. We have visited over 19 communities across BC and reached over 40,000 youth through our workshops and projects.
We have done all of this with very little money and lot of energy and dedication. Our work has been so effective because we have pursued funding from sources that support us and allow us to do our work without compromising our message. Interest in our work is increasing at a rapid rate, so fast in fact that we can hardly keep up with requests for information, speakers and most importantly, workshops and training.
